Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting our shop! Because our items are 3D printed to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges to ensure the best service for our customers.
1. The Nature of 3D Printing
Please note that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. While we maintain high quality standards, minor surface imperfections (such as visible layer lines or small artifacts) are a normal part of the process and are not considered defects.
Some pieces are shipped unattached (e.g. Giratina's wings). These can be attached with the provided glue. Embr Works is not responsible for damage caused while attaching these pieces. We can ship replacement parts to avoid purchasing an entirely new replacement model, but the cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Returns & Cancellations

Non-Custom Items: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Custom/Personalized Items: Due to the nature of custom "Print-on-Demand" or personalized products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the shipping process has begun, we can no longer offer a full refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives broken or with a significant manufacturing defect:

Please contact us at embrworksprints@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging if it was damaged during transit).

We will either send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or arrived damaged.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Material Warning (Heat & Use)
Most of our items are printed in [PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA]. Please be aware that:

PLA has a low melting point and should not be left in hot cars or exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods, as it may warp.

Damage caused by improper care, high heat exposure, or "stress-testing" the plastic is not covered under our return policy.
