Shipping Policy
1. Production & Lead Times
All items are 3D printed to order. Please note that "Shipping Time" at checkout refers to the time in transit, not the time it takes to produce your item.

Standard Orders: Typically ship within [1–5] business days.

Large/Bulk Orders: May require [7–14] business days depending on the print volume.

Queue Status: During high-volume periods (holidays), lead times may extend. We will notify you via email if your order is expected to take longer than usual.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Packaging & Fragile Items
We take great care in packaging our 3D prints. Because plastics can be brittle, we use:

Cushioning: Double-walled boxes with bubble wrap or eco-friendly void fill.

Temperature Sensitivity: Please be aware that PLA prints can warp if left in high-heat environments (like a hot mailbox or porch). We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery.
- Some pieces are shipped unattached (e.g. Giratina's wings). These can be attached with the provided glue. Embr Works is not responsible for damage caused while attaching these pieces. We can ship replacement parts to avoid purchasing an entirely new replacement model, but the cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Damages & Issues
If your 3D print arrives broken or damaged:

Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damage (including the packaging if it was damaged during transit).
